For Kathy Eng's lady with edema post magnesium sulfate...edema may take as  
long as 12 days to subside considerably. I think that the Depro has muddy the  
situation more...how often is she pumping?  Often if baby is in NICU, I  find 
even though the Moms tell me they mean to pump more often they are torn  about 
coming back to room to pump or after discharge they don't want to leave  the 
bedside to go to the pumping area or even moreso the pumps are in use and  
they get forgetful. When they do come back they get on phone and oops its almost  
5 hrs since last pumping.  Tell her to drink so she flushes her self. They  
also think because they are so swollen they don't need to drink as much  
fluids.
