Magda I think this is it!  Have just spoken to a mum who is trying to feed
her 3 week old every 4 hours and is topping up with ABM although she really
wants to breastfeed.  A while ago there was some good debate on Lactnet
about growth spurts.  I now talk about "appetite spurts", but am not too
comfortable with this either.   Would like to know what others think.
