Suzanne,

My youngest child had decay on his four front teeth and two upper 1st molars.
 None of my other three had this.  ALL were nursed 3+ years.  NB:  He was the
only one to have a bout of oral thrush and the decay was noticed shortly
afterwards, at about a year of age.  ONLY the teeth erupted during the yeast
bout were affected despite continued nursing at night, during the day etc.,
etc.  While we were always careful about brushing I did not become a zealot
with this child concerning rinsing or brushing.  At about 2.5 yrs. one tooth
was removed, the others capped.  At 4.5 he has no further decay.
