Claritin always worked the best for my oms or plain old sudafed no combo 
drugs. I am in central CA and let me tell you the allergies are horrible 
right now. A couple mothers in a group I go to were miserable and had tried 
everything because a pharmacist had told them they were not allowed to take 
anything. FYI Claritin over the counter can be bought at Costco under 
AllerClear for quite cheap for those mothers who need every penny.
