In response to Linda Volkovitsch:
I am an A/E rep.  I pulled out the inserts for both the hand-held pump
and the personal kit for the piston pumps.  They say that sterilization
is usually not needed, to ask your doctor if in doubt.  Then they go on
to give instructions on how to sterilize with water and autoclave.
