Hi Everyone,

Well, I need to go no-mail. You see, two weeks ago we found out that, much
to our shock and disbelief, we were pre-qualified for a home loan. So just
out of curiosity we went out looking at houses last weekend. We had looked
at about 14 when we walked into one and both Dave and I felt like we were at
home. Took us both by surprise, as we figured it would take us several
months to find the perfect house! So we made an offer, and again, to our
surprise, it was accepted! So now we start the process doing all the
wonderful (and stressful) things that come with home buying. :) I am
already so far behind in my reading that it only makes sense to go no-mail
now since I will have even less time to read with all the stuff I have to do
in the next 45 days (may be less if escrow closes earlier than 45 days!).
I will miss you all terribly, but know that I will be thinking of you! I
wish I could invite you all to our house warming party when we have it!
This is such an exciting time for Dave and I...this is our first home
purchse! What is really funny ist that our mortgage payments will be 75
cents (yes you read right!) less than our rent! We are really laughing
about that! :D
Anyway, take care everyone, I will be back when I can! I will be cheking
e-mail occasionally, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to write.

Love and hugs!

Jay

Excited to be finally buying her very own home that she doesn't have to ask
permission to do things to! (I HATE renting!)

PS For anyone who may be wondering...PJ is doing great. We went to see my
physical therapist who does cranio-sacral, and she put him "back together"
(his head was all out of whack) and he is back to being his normal little
self!
Now I really need to change Peds...we are moving 40 mi away from where we
currently live!
