I personally like the Boppy, and used them myself. I have seen many LC sites that don't recommend Boppy, and I don't really know why.  I have used them with preemie baby's and twins and squirmy full terms.

The Boppy is easy to throw in the wash, and have the double duty for use with securing baby in semi-upright position on the floor during play time.

However, I just received a free 'My Breast Friend' pillow as a professional sample and am anxious to give that one a try! I have heard great things about it from mothers and others as well.
