Jennifer,

I respectfully disagree with your statement about medicine not being evidence based. It is important that the information given to our patients isn't just some notion...otherwise we wouldstill be telling moms to feed on both breasts for 15 minutes, or to scrub their nipples to prepare to breastfed.

Our Code of Ethics even says, "Base her^his practice on scientific principles, current research, and information."

I am proud to to be on this bandwagon and don't plan on getting off anytime soon.
