I facilitate a weekly breastfeeding moms' support group. One of my moms with an almost 4 wk old says his stools smell like vinegar. This is baby #2 and she didn't have this with his17 month old sister (who is tandem nursing). Mom has always been a "milk goddess", but little one seems to be handling it OK.
