Marci:

  a tube ( sns or 5 french) could be attached to a "blind" nipple shield (
one that has the holes closed) and she could be fed "at the breast" while not
receiveing breast milk... possibly one of the companies thatmake shields
could get you some before the holes are put in... or you could stuff it.
