We have a similar problem at time in the hospital I work at.  Some pp
nurses have even expressed a concern that if they *allow* a mother to not
wear her bra on the pp unit they will go out in public with out a bra on.
(oh the horror of that happening).

A co-worker gave me a good bit of advise to give moms when they question
the requirement of wearing a bra.  I tell them its their bra--they can
burn it if they want to.
