Hello everyone,

I seem to remember about a year ago a discussion about this. I think
someone from Australia recommended a breast soak in warm epsom salts.
I do not recall the proportion. There was also a suggestion in an
old BF book - I think "You Can Breastfeed" - that suggested saline
soaks. Some mothers report taking a long, hot bath, do a rather firm
breast massage and hand expression that works out the plug that
sometimes is stringy, until the milk flows freely again. This might
be worth a try.

What do ya'll think?
