Probable a bit late with this but am just catching up on my mail.
The cot cards we use here are printed for our hospital.The hospital name and
emblem is on it.no advertising of any kind.
Information on it: Name,Date of Birth,Time born,Weight,Doctor's
name(paediatrician?neonatologist) and Town/Suburb where parents come from.
We also make any other cot signs for the NICU/SCN with appropriate clip art
/pixies and laminate them ourselves.
