Thank you to all those who replied to me directly.  I have received enough
confirmation that there is no reason to discontinue breastfeeding.  Although
it is the middle of the night here, I have not been able to sleep and have
been checking my e-mails...So when this Mom wakes up this morning, I will
have an answer for her.

Again, thank all you wonderful list people who have assisted me over the
years with many difficult situations.  This was my first direct inquiry, and
 as always, your replies helped save another BF couple.
