This is not about anyone in particular that I was working with; I'm just wondering. Â Let's say you are pumping to help increase your milk production, and your time is limited because you just had a baby. Â (ha!) Â Would pumping be more effective if you pumped 3 times in 24 hours for 20 minutes each time, or 10 times in 24 hours for 6 minutes each time? Â Assume someone else will be washing bottles and pump parts and that pumping is in addition to breastfeeding. Â
