We had a boil water directive in our community Tuesday. I was wondering
about two days of excruciating intestinal cramps that bent me in half, so it
seems I got a case of e.coli from our local community water supply, complete
with bloody diarrhea by Tuesday night. My 4 month old grandbabys house is
also connected to this water system and she is bathed in the tub with water
going into her ears, eyes, nose and mouth with all her splashing. She seems
to be fine with being exclusively breastfed.

I must have gotten it from tooth brushing as we bring home artesian well
water from Olympia for cooking and drinking. My daughter has supplied me
with a few tablespoons of her breastmilk morning and night to drink down
when I take my probiotics. By this a.m. I seem to be over it.
