Hi Yasmeen,
My understanding is that peristalsis of the whole gi system starts with the
tongue. So tongue tie release may help. The baby seems well, though, and
his infrequent poops are not that unusual, especially since they are soft
and yellow when he passes them. I would try to wean from the suppository
use, maybe going one more day before giving it, to start. I would also
suggest to mom infant massage and massaging of the abdomen in the I - L - U
(I love you) pattern, which follows the path of the large intestine. I
found many videos online but I liked this one.
