My usual answer to moms here in Puerto Rico is to look at their moms, grandmas
and aunts. As we have a very low bf rate, those women who have saggy breasts
(and many do) never breastfed. So it seems to me the problem is genetics.

We have a lot of young women with very large breasts - in fact there have been
some studies being done to find out why we have so many young girls (2- 5 years)
developing breasts and other signs of puberty - but that is another story. I
would imagine gravity together with large breasts seems to be the "cause" of the
"problem".
On the other hand, my husband, like Jack, seems to not mind. He used to say, "a
fruit-bearing tree doesn't look like a sapling."
