Jennifer, I like what you wrote.  My preference is always to prevent a
problem; it is so much easier than the cure.  Does anyone know the cause of
a galactocele?  If we know the cause, then is it easy to prevent?  Can we
maximize good BF management so that we prevent galactoceles?  Alas, I have
many questions and no answers.
