I am writing for a friend in another state in the U.S. who is thinking of
selling her pump rental station. She operates out of her home, mostly rents
pumps, also sells pumps and accessories. She has built up a good reputation
in her community. Does anyone have any experience they could share on how to
sell such a business? How to price a sale, beyond the price of the
inventory? What to watch out for?
