I would like to add my two cents here. Okay, assuming the baby can't get the
fats from breastmilk, could it not be possible to take the mother's milk,
centrifuge it, take off the fat, and add equal amounts of medium chained
fatty acids, the ones that get absorbed directly into the baby's blood
without going through the lymph? It's not that complicated, actually.
