This LC isn't, as I think most of you know. I am responding lest anyone
think that *I* look at such external measurements to evaluate the
well-being of a baby. I just threw the % in because the Ped used weight
loss as part of his conclusion that baby wasn't doing well and needed abm.

This baby is doing very well in his feeding and has been from birth. I
don't need a scale or a heel stick to tell me that all is well or that all
is not well. He feeds vigorously and efficiently, output is good, and I
know that he is doing fine.

I'm working hard to assure the parents that they don't have a sick baby.
