We were asked today if it was allowable to announce conferences on Lactation
here on Lactnet.  Although we know and believe that this information is
useful to have, there are many venues for this info already, ie GLOBE, and
JHL..etc.

There is an aspect of advertising in such announcements, and there is money
to be made, whether it is for books, pamphlets, talks, breast pumps, etc.
So for the present time, no advertising of conferences, books, pamphlets,
etc..will be accepted.
