For Betty Emmons, who queries whether it is safe to nurse with breast implants:
See if you can get hold of a copy of "Breastfeeding Abstracts" for February
1996, Vol. 15, No. 3 (published quarterly by LLL).  The major article in it
is  by Chester Berlin on this topic.  He reviews the studies to date and
critiques them.
