i do not, - just do not like to use the word ram

to make the point of pulling the baby on, which may need to be done quickly
in some babies, i mention that once the baby opens wide, you may have "about
a nanosecond" to pull the baby on to get lots of breast into the baby's mouth
before the latch. we have lots of engineer/high tech types around here, so
they always laugh at the use of "nanosecond".
