Yes, this sounds straight out of the marketing information for said vitamin
supplement.

Are we sure that this isn't a case of trying to measure this in breastmilk as
opposed to what baby actually absorbs?  Again "where are the studies" where
this applies to normal, healthy breastfed babies?

How did the human race evolve for thousands of centuries on breastmilk before
<whack on the head> it was determined that breastmilk was so "deficient"?
