Dear Friends:
    I worked with a mother who nursed 1 babies, for a  year each, using a 
Davol rigid plastic base with a Gerber bottle teat on it. She  had incredible 
oversupply, and leaked 2-4 ounces per feed. 
    Her areola had a hole in the center where the milk  came out.
    Tools are essential, when they are needed. The  trick is knowing when 
they are needed!
