My experience is that the type of suture used makes all the difference.
I had those symptoms after 2 births; the 3th time my midwife searched
for and found a special type of suture. And indeed, even with a very bad
rupture the wound healed perfectly. I was fully breastfeeding with each
child, so that cannot have been of influence.
