I too find Dr. Hale's book an invaluable resource.  There is now an
online e/mail update service covering new medications not included in the
older edition.  Unfortunately I have already subscribed and deleted the
url.  I think it was on Dr. Hale's website.  If anyone can post the URL
that would also be a great help.
