Hi Karleen,
 
I looked at the photos and it also does not make sense to me.
 
A 14 month old baby would not be getting infant formula.
 
A lot of other questions about the photographs but this is not the place for a political discussion. Gaza situation is not good, for sure - though situations in about sixty other areas of conflict in the world are probably much much worse.
 
Another reason for us milk babes, lactitias, etc. to keep up the mantra of
'breastfeed your way to peace, health and mellowness.'
