Betsy, you mentioned the "wrong setting" for the pump,
but do you have any guidelines for the "right"
setting?  do you suppose the settings were too high or
too low?

I finally was able to access your voice mail today
(after a computer upgrade) and have been wondering if
there is a way to get your messages transcribed?  the
voice messages are only available for 7 days and there
is no way to search for keywords so your wisdom will
go unnoticed and unavailable for the archives.
