And if mothers are exclusively breastfeeding they really don't need the
rotavirus vaccination!

All this means is suggesting to mothers that they plan, on the day of
immunisation, to put the vaccine in the middle of a feeding cycle,
instead of near a feed. And the authors suggest that such strategies
should be evaluated, not instantly enacted or enforced.  It's not part
of the current published Product Information or administration
instructions in Australia.
