So many posts have been so well written and insightful.  I'm going to  offer 
a theory, perhaps a bit off the wall, but here goes:  Since the Scope  of 
Practice is so limiting, and so US-skewed, do you think it's a possible  reaction 
to the IBLCE, not an individual IBCLC, getting sued?
 
But by whom?  When?  Why?  What do you  think?
