A quick practical point for anyone who doesn't have colossal bandwidth 
capacity - do note that you can download a chapter of this at a time, 
rather than the whole lot in one go, at vastly greater speed.  (All 
right, so probably everyone else in the world apart from me spotted that 
right away, but just in case...)
