Elizabeth,
I concur, a neuro work up may be in order.  Does he seem alert?  Also,
we read recently of a baby who wouldn't nurse and it turned out he had a
broken clavicle, so be sure to rule out pain if possible.  Is baby able
to breath well out of his nose?  Appear to have any respiratory
distress?  Something is definitely wrong with this picture.
