As usual, Barbara Wilson-Clay states the issues clearly and with insight.  As
a physician I appreciate knowing that my patient was seen, and what was done,
whether I referred them to the LC or they self-referred.  I have also had
some of my colleagues remark that they found the reports very helpful in patient
care, and in their own education.
