Dear Denise,

     Have you considered that mom may have cysts?  Pain and lumps come and go
(like  some cysts), no yeast on nipples.  Is Mom menstruating yet and do lumps
appear around cycle?  Maybe she is ammenhorrheic but is working up to
menstruation with hormone surges?
