Could it be this woman is referring to her own nuclear family?  (I know
nothing of this woman.)  My husband and I liked the imagery of *wild
children* caught by loving parents.

I don't know.  I would be very interested to know if she is referring to
herself as a parent or herself as a child.  It makes a world of
difference to me and how I look at it.  I think I'll try to find out.
