  I think that the hesitation to present formula as we do "shaking" is that
there are times when formula is the appropriate - due to us not having
sufficient milk banks to provide total nutrition for babys not fed by mom.
Shaking is NEVER o.k.

   so, maybe we need to pushing banking??
