on teas - fennel tea has been studied and shown to be helpful for "colic"
(I think this was in Pediatrics in the last year-two years - reference to
come)
many of my patients have used camomile (called manzanilla in Spanish) for colic

but what is colic, and is it really hunger?  who knows?
