Norma and Kate,
It strikes me that to raise children in a world which has suspended life, is
to risk raising them w/out a value for life. I do think that we as a people
need to evaluate at a very deep and honest level what really matters to us,
but I think our children need to know that we are here to embrace life, not
to fear death.
