So I called the Baby Friendly people and cleared up various questions.
There are now 6 (not 10) BF hospitals. Their names will be announced during
World Breastfeeding Week. Several more are in review and will be assessed
very soon. UNICEF will be holding some big related press conference
(shrouded with some mystery at present) in NY on July 22nd "so watch out
for that" say the BF people.

Coincidences coincidences... tonight I had a call from a Mom who says her 5
day old baby has 'drops of blood' in urine in diaper. False [don't recall
technical term] menstruation? Wetted on uric acid crystals? Blood from
cord? Since baby also sounded potentially dehydrated I immediately passed
matter on to an 'real' and highly experienced LC (I'm just a counselor!).
She had never heard of blood in urine. Await further diagnosis.....
