I have the most success with the Playtex NaturaLatch. I actually like 
the Latex one, it's very soft, and this can help the transition as well. 
  Of course I screen for risk factors for latex allergy before 
recommending it. There is also a silicone version. (I also used to 
recommend the Gerber comfort latch, and the Evenflow comfi wide/elite, 
but both of those have been discontinued. Seems every time I like a 
bottle teat, that happens).
