I apologize for my silence to those of you who emailed me for this
information.  I was using someone else's computer and she was getting annoyed
with the amount of time it was taking to check my mail, so I went no-mail for
a while.  In addition her memory was maxed out and started deleting files.
Last in, first out and guess whose files were last in?  So all of my files
were deleted because I didn't know how to make backups and didn't want to
impose further.  Please remail me if you're still interested and I will keep
you updated.  Now that I'm online at home, I will be able to finish the work
on the handout.  I will try to put it online, but I'm not sure about that at
this point.
