Hale's book says more than avoid it in breastfeeding mothers.  He says avoid
it because it is basically a useless drug and there are far more effective
medications available.  So why does the physician insist?  Because he
doesn't want the mother to breastfeed?

Choice!! The mother should be given the information to make an informed
choice.
