After a mammogram?  I don't think the radiation just "sits" in the breast.  I
do believe it is there long enough to take the pictures...sort of like a
chest x-ray.  I'm no radiologist nor a mammogramist (??) but I do believe
common sense tells us that unless one has been injected with (a) radioactive
dye or (b) had a radium implant, there is no radiation left in the breast.

What DO they teach in schools?
