I totally agree with you on this!  I love it when moms are pro-active enough
to research and find possible solutions for themselves.

 The mom is doing much better today.  She did five days of one breast every
4 hours and saw good improvement.  She reports that baby is not fussing,
choking and pulling off the breast anymore.  She did tell me that today she
switched back to alternating one breast per feed.  I cautioned her to watch
for return of symptoms and go back to the 4 hour regimen if needed.
