It does mention breastfeeding, once, at the very end:
"These results show that efforts to prevent obesity must start at the 
earliest stages of human development, even before birth," says 
Gillman. "These efforts should include avoiding smoking and excessive 
weight gain during pregnancy, preventing gestational diabetes, and 
promoting breastfeeding, all of which researchers have shown to be 
associated with reductions in childhood overweight."

I'd like to see a lot more analysis of the well-documented 
differences between the new WHO growth standards based on breastfed 
babies vs. the standard growth charts that have been used for many 
years in the US.  Breastfed-baby fat is not the same as 
overfed-formula-baby fat!
