Jane,

Thank you for telling it exactly as I wish I had said it myself!  In these
United States most moms are going to go back to work right now. Perhaps,
with our help, this situation will change in our lifetimes. But for now, if
babies are to continue to be breastfed and/or continue to receive their
mother's milk we need to help  most of them to "gentle" their babies onto
the bottle.

In the 28 years that I have worked as a BF Educator, LLLL, and IBCLC all
over these Continental United States and Hawaii I've known what you say to
be the true picture - for the mothers I see,  for my sisters,  for my own
daughters.

Your caring and experience shine through, Jane.  I hope others in our field
are paying attention.
