My client is nursing her little boy, aged 2 years 3 months, once per day -
just to go to sleep with.  She has a long history of infertility and wishes
to have a second baby.  Her gynaecologist wants to prescribe 50 mg
clomiphene citrate for 5 days to stimulate ovulation but thinks she should
wean before taking this medication.  Any experience/opinions out there?  Dr
